The Harland Capital Group

Established in 1997
Harland Capital was established in 1997 as a private and independent corporate finance advisory house. In conjunction with its associates and partners the Harland Capital Group offers independent corporate research, corporate finance advice and access to proprietary and third party funds.

Merchant banking
Harland Capital provides clients with a ‘traditional’ merchant banking service which comprises, thorough and detailed research, independent corporate finance advice, principal investment where appropriate, and access to a network of investors, including family offices, hedge funds, asset management and industrial entities in the UK and worldwide.

We focus on identifying undeveloped opportunities, creating bespoke transactions, proposing innovative ideas, corporate structuring and unlocking hidden value.

Worldwide network
Harland Capital benefits from its worldwide network of relationships with entrepreneurs, financiers and venture capitalists and its partners and advisors have considerable experience in the advice, development and structuring of transactions involving companies where we deem there is value to unlock.
